Everything in the waitlist form except the email is optional. If you don't give us an email, we simply can't let you know when Brandex opens.
03The waitlist
When you press Put me on the list, your details are stored in a database run for us by Cloudflare. We use them for one thing: one email when your account can be created, plus, if needed, a short note about how to get in. No newsletter, no marketing from third parties.
Every email we send has a link to take you off the list. You can also write to hello@brandexai.com and we remove you. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
If you type the same email twice, we keep one entry and update it.
04Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Only these service providers process it for us, under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores the waitlist and protects the site from attacks.
- An email delivery provider will send the launch email. We will name it here before the first email goes out.
The fonts, images and scripts on this site are served from our own domain, so opening the site does not send your data to Google, social networks or other third parties. Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok only take you there when you click them.
05Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare is a US company with data centres worldwide. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
06How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until you ask to be removed, or at most 12 months after we send the launch email. If you create a Brandex account, the platform policy applies from then on.
- Emails to us: as long as needed to answer, and no more than 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Technical logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period, according to its own retention rules.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, give it to you in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Write to hello@brandexai.com. We answer within one month. If you think we got something wrong, you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your EU country.
We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile visitors.
08Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking cookies. It remembers a few choices in your browser, such as the language and light/dark mode. Details are in the cookie policy.
09Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the waitlist is limited to the people at Brandex who need it to send the launch email.
10Children
Brandex is a business tool and this site is not meant for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the waitlist, we tell the people on it by email before it applies.
Pe scurt

În formularul listei de așteptare, tot în afară de email e opțional. Fără email pur și simplu nu te putem anunța când se deschide Brandex.
03Lista de așteptare
Când apeși Pune-mă pe listă, datele tale se salvează într-o bază de date administrată pentru noi de Cloudflare. Le folosim pentru un singur lucru: un email când îți poți crea contul și, dacă e nevoie, o notă scurtă despre cum intri. Fără newsletter, fără marketing de la terți.
Fiecare email pe care îl trimitem are un link prin care te scoți de pe listă. Ne poți scrie și la hello@brandexai.com și te ștergem. Retragerea consimțământului nu afectează ce am făcut înainte de retragere.
Dacă introduci același email de două ori, păstrăm o singură înregistrare și o actualizăm.
04Cine mai are acces
Nu vindem date personale și nu le dăm agenților de publicitate. Doar acești furnizori le prelucrează în numele nostru, pe baza unui acord de prelucrare a datelor:
- Cloudflare, Inc. găzduiește site-ul, stochează lista de așteptare și protejează site-ul de atacuri.
- Un furnizor de livrare email va trimite emailul de lansare. Îl vom numi aici înainte de primul email.
Fonturile, imaginile și scripturile site-ului sunt servite de pe domeniul nostru, așa că deschiderea site-ului nu trimite date către Google, rețele sociale sau alți terți. Linkurile către Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn sau TikTok te duc acolo doar dacă dai clic pe ele.
05Transferuri în afara UE
Cloudflare este o companie din SUA, cu centre de date în toată lumea. Transferurile se bazează pe Cadrul UE–SUA privind protecția datelor (Data Privacy Framework), în care Cloudflare este certificată, și pe clauzele contractuale standard ale Comisiei Europene.
06Cât timp le păstrăm
- Lista de așteptare: până ne ceri ștergerea sau cel mult 12 luni după emailul de lansare. Dacă îți creezi cont Brandex, de atunci se aplică politica platformei.
- Emailurile către noi: cât e nevoie ca să răspundem și cel mult 2 ani după încheierea conversației.
- Jurnalele tehnice: păstrate de Cloudflare o perioadă scurtă, după regulile proprii.
07Drepturile tale
Conform GDPR, ne poți cere: acces la datele pe care le avem despre tine, rectificarea lor, ștergerea, restricționarea prelucrării, primirea lor într-un format portabil, și te poți opune prelucrării bazate pe interes legitim. Îți poți retrage consimțământul oricând.
Scrie-ne la hello@brandexai.com. Răspundem în cel mult o lună. Dacă ai impresia că am greșit, poți depune o plângere la ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) sau la autoritatea din țara ta din UE.
Nu luăm decizii automate cu efecte juridice sau la fel de importante asupra ta și nu facem profilarea vizitatorilor.
08Cookie-uri și stocare locală
Site-ul nu setează cookie-uri de urmărire. Ține minte în browserul tău câteva alegeri, cum ar fi limba și modul luminos/întunecat. Detaliile sunt în politica de cookie-uri.
09Securitate
Site-ul e servit doar prin HTTPS. La lista de așteptare au acces doar oamenii din echipa Brandex care trimit emailul de lansare.
10Copii
Brandex este un instrument pentru afaceri, iar site-ul nu se adresează persoanelor sub 16 ani. Nu colectăm cu bună știință datele lor.
11Modificări
Dacă schimbăm politica, actualizăm data de sus. Dacă o schimbare afectează felul în care folosim lista de așteptare, îi anunțăm prin email pe cei de pe listă înainte să se aplice.
